Prairie Stone Lending, LLC ("we," "us") makes business-purpose real estate loans to investors. This policy explains what information we collect through prairiestonelending.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Pre-approval and contact requests: your name, email, phone number, and the deal details you enter, such as property address, purchase price, rehab budget, after-repair value and notes.
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address and the market you're interested in.
- Loan applications and the client portal: the information you provide when you apply or manage a loan, handled through our loan servicing platform.
- Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, used to keep the site secure and working.
The loan calculator on our site runs in your browser. We don't store the numbers you type into it.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare a pre-approval
- To evaluate, underwrite, close and service your loan
- To let you know when we start lending in a market you signed up for
- To protect our site and meet legal requirements
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only as needed to work on your deal or run our business: with title companies and closing agents, insurance providers, our capital partners, and service providers that host our website, email and loan platform. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for following up with you, and loan records for as long as the law and our servicing obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent through our website, or to remove you from a waitlist, by emailing loans@prairiestonelending.com. Some loan records must be kept even after a request, as required by law.
Security
Our site uses encrypted connections, and our loan platform restricts access to your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive details like Social Security numbers through our contact forms or by email.
